Troubleshooting

Game loads slowly

Shut down spare browser tabs, wipe the cache, and grab the first load over Wi-Fi.

Animations stutter

Switch off low-power mode and clear anything running in the background.

No sound

Check the ringer switch. On iPhone the audio only wakes after your first tap on the reels.

Touch unresponsive

Let the current animation finish, then flip the device and back.
